"The government of Slovakia has made additions to the conditions of entry into the territory of its state. Restrictions are introduced in connection with the complication of the epidemiological situation in the Slovak Republic and in Ukraine," the message says.
In particular, from 9:00 on November 9, the checkpoint Veеlké Slementse will be temporarily closed. Also, the registration of pedestrians at the Ublya checkpoint is temporarily suspended.
In addition, at the checkpoint Vishne Nemetskoe (on the Ukrainian side - Uzhgorod), the passage of persons temporarily or permanently residing in the territory of Slovakia will be carried out from 08:00 to 20:00 (Kyiv time).
At the same time, all travelers entering Slovakia are required to undergo an antigen test and are further subject to self-isolation, during which on the fifth day they must do an RT PCR test.
Earlier it was reported that from November 9, Slovakia will launch a pilot test project for the Covid-19 antigen on the border with Ukraine.
On October 31 nationwide testing of the population for Covid-19 began in Slovakia.
