Another five participants in the shootout in Brovary (Kyiv region) were taken into custody, the press service of the National Police of Ukraine reports.
"As of today, May 31, police officers have detained 30 people involved in the offense. 23 of them are suspected. Now the court has chosen a preventive measure for 11 people - 60 days in custody without the right to make bail," the statement said.
As we reported before, the police identified more than 60 participants in the shootout in Brovary, including customers.
"The police today identified more than 60 participants in the shootout, including customers. Some of them are trying to escape. But they will not succeed. We will find everyone and take them to court to determine the measure and degree of guilt of everyone," Gerashchenko wrote.
Also, in the Kyiv region, police introduced amber alert due to the shooting in Brovary
“The police of Kyiv region hold the complex of search operations to identify and detain partakers of the event. 11 people are detained as of now,” the message said.
