Prime Minister Denys Shmygal named the conditions for the introduction of a lockdown in the regions of Ukraine. The prime minister spoke about this during a government meeting on Wednesday, September 16.
According to Shmygal, the "red" level of epidemiological danger in the regions of Ukraine will be introduced with a five-fold excess of the country's average incidence of coronavirus.
The prime minister also suggested that the regions should be involved in approving the decision regarding the establishment of the highest level of quarantine restrictions in the "red" zone.
"For example, if the State Commission for Emergency Situations intends to establish a red level of restrictions in the region, then a regional commission with an advisory vote will be involved five times the average incidence of Covid-19 in Ukraine," he said.
As we reported before, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has changed its approaches to dividing regions into quarantine zones according to the level of coronavirus infection.
