‘The explosive device was a home-made one – not like those standard-issue explosives used by the military; we are now checking the list of individuals who could have access to such devices, the specialists who could have made such device on their own. Currently, the FBI experts are assisting us to find out what’s the chemical composition of the explosive substance’, Andriy Shevchenko, deputy head of investigations department of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General’s Office, said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
