Seven Ukrainians convicted for drug trafficking in Udmurtia, Russia

The drug traffickers were detained in August 2016, all the members of the group admitted their guilt

Izhevsk Industrial District Court sentenced seven Ukrainians to imprisonment from 4 to 6.5 years. The citizens are convicted for illegal marketing of drugs, as the press office of Udmurtia Prosecutor’s Office reported.

“It was defined that seven Ukrainians and three residents of Udmurtiya were dealing with the distribution of drugs of a synthetic origin on the territory of the Republic in 2016,” the message says.

The drug traffickers were detained in August 2016, all the members of the group admitted their guilt.

Nine members of the group were sentenced to imprisonment from 4 to 6.5 years years, one more criminal got probation.
