The Security Service of Ukraine has blocked the attempt to ship some 20 kilograms of gun powder abroad. The culprirs tried to send it from Ukraine's Luhansk region to Russia, with the cargo disguised as the ink powder for copy machine. The SBU press office reported that on November 25.

The dangerous cargo gwas transported in the regular passenger bus; it was hiddend among the personal belongings of passengers.

The law enforcers detained the vehicle at Milove checkpoint. According tio the investigation data, the bus driver received the cargo from the director of shipment company. The carrier was supposed to pass the dangeous substance to the contractor at a gas station in Russia's Rostov oblast.
