Crimean prosecutor's office opened a case on the fact of the visit of German band Scooter to the occupied peninsula on August 4. For violation of legislation of Ukraine musicians could face up to 8 years in prison. This was stated by the press secretary of Autonomous Republic of Crimea Prosecutor's Office Tatyana Tiyhonchik, reports Krym.Realii.

"At the request of the Verkhovna Rada people's deputy Dmytro Bilotserkovets of violation of the requirements of the Ukrainian legislation by the German band Scooter Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea added information on this to the the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations under Art. 332-1 of the Criminal Code on the fact of violation of the order of entry of foreigners in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and Departure (up to 8 years of imprisonment)," said the spokesman.

As earlier reported, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany, warned Scooter of the painful consequences of the illegal visit to Crimea.
