In case if a passenger cannot fly due to the bans of the authorities or due to other reasons, a person might change the flight for free. However, there is a restriction – the flight should be performed not later than on March 21, 2021.
Ryanair should get the request for a change of the departure time not later than seven days before the initial time. Otherwise, the company might fight a passenger for 35-95 euros for each flight. The refusal of the low-cost airline from fine does not exempt a passenger from possible extra pay of variance of the tariffs when a new ticket costs more than a previous one.
Besides, the new policy of the company concerns only cases of the voluntary change of the booking. If the schedule is changed by the company or the flight is canceled, the passenger gets only paid money. The passenger is also provided with the possibility of free re-booking without the payment of the tariff’s variance.
As we reported, Ryanair is going to increase the number of flights from Kyiv-Berlin starting from the end of October. The new schedule has already been entered into the booking system on the company's website.
