Another attempt of recruitment of Ukrainian citizen for espionage in favor of Russia’s FSB took place in Crimea as the Prosecutor’s Office of Crimea reported.

A citizen of Ukraine appealed to the law enforcers during stay in the occupation checkpoint Dzhankoi. He was transferred by Russian border guards to the FSB representatives who forced him to unacknowledged cooperation in their interests.

The representatives of the special services forced the Ukrainian to collect and pass information about the places of deployment of the hardware of Ukrainian Armed Forces in Henichesk area of Kherson region, members of Voluntary Ukrainian Corps Right Sector and Crimean-Tatar battalion Asker.

The prosecutor’s office of the peninsula reported that as the man did not commit any actions for the fulfillment of the criminal act and voluntary appealed to the law enforcement bodies of Crimea, the issue of appeal to the court with the request to release him from criminal liability will be solved.

Earlier two Ukrainians were detained at the administrative border with Crimea in Kherson region. According to FSB, they are on the federal wanted list.
