Center of Public Relations of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) declares that the ships, which were returned to the Ukrainian side, are in normal condition and toilets are “attached”, Interfax reports.
FSB also distributed a video showing Ukrainian ships from the inside - with toilets, towels and a Ukrainian uniform. Security Service claims that ships were returned in the same condition.
"If during the transition from the Crimean coast to Ochakov the Ukrainian side was able to destroy the vessel and bring the plumbing to an improper state, then this is a problem of the Ukrainian side," it was noted in the FSB’s material.
As we reported earlier, Commander of the Naval Forces of Ukraine Ihor Voronchenko informed on the state of the vessels that Russia returned to Ukraine after capturing them in the Kerch Strait in 2018
According to him, they were completely damaged, were not capable of going on their own, and even the ceiling lights, electric connectors and toilets inside were deinstalled by the Russians.
"The Russians destroyed them. They even removed the ceiling lights, electric connectors and toilets. So now we will show this world the barbaric attitude of the Russians," Voronchenko said.
