In St. Petersburg, Russia took place a protest action against the war in Donbas, during which police detained one of the members, reported Fontanka.
According to the edition, two protesters carrying placards with inscriptions "Stop the War in Ukraine", stood on Malaya Konyushennaya Street at 4 p.m. About 20 activists at the same time began to silently hand out balloons of yellow and blue colors.
Later it became known that thete were three protesters, but one of them was arrested before he unfolded the poster. The other two were at a distance of 50 m permitted by law for the pickets.
At the same time another action in the same place conducted several representatives of the "National Liberation Movement" with posters glorifying the "New Russia", "Russian spring" and the USSR.
