Ombudsman of Russia Tatiana Moskalkova promised to Ukrainian Ombudsman Valeria Lutkovska to find the mechanism for returning Ukrainian prisoners who are detained in  Crimea. This Lutkovska said in an interview with "Hromadske radіo".

"We are guilty for those who were left in Crimea, as people were conveyed out of the Crimean prisons throughout Russia. Now I'm trying to agree with the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation about moving people who are still in Crimea, to the controlled territory. We will then try to bring those who has been already transferred to Russia, but it will be the second step, "- said Lutkovska.

According to the Ombudsman, despite two sides made an agreement, however, there are problems with the return of the prisoners. "It will be necessary to find a mechanism on the basis of which they will remove these people from the colony and give to my hands on Chongar. In terms of our legislation it is simple, but for the Russian Ombudsman it is the big problem. In a telephone conversation she promised me that this mechanism will be found ", - said Lutkovska.
