The law enforcements detained a crime boss from Russia in train Shostka-Kyiv in Sumy region. He was prosecuted earlier for many times as the press service of the Special Services of Ukraine reported at Facebook.

The police found a man from one of the Transcaucasian countries in the electrical train Shostka-Kyiv. They defined that he was prosecuted earlier for many times in the motherland. He came to Ukraine out of customs or border control.

According to SBU, the detained planned to come to the ethnical grouping in Odesa region and organize the range of the grave crimes in the region.

According to the detained, he was judged for theft in 1999 for six months for the first time. He was judged for highjacking, shootout and illegal storage of drugs in 2004 and he got 23 years of imprisonment. He was pardoned in 2015.

The issue of the extradition is under consideration.
