Russia investigates the circumstances of the murder of 43-years old citizen of Achinsk city that was supposedly shot in Ukraine as the Investigative Committee of Russia in Krasnoyarsk Krai reported.

The investigative body claims that this man was in the territory of Ukraine from July 12 until August 2, 2016 and where he was shot under unknown circumstances. His body was transferred to the native city only two months later.

The investigation does not have the exact information about the location of the killed Russian in Ukraine in the mentioned period of time and establishes the details of the committed crime.

'The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Krasnoyarsk Krai opened the proceeding under the part 1, article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder) due to the transfer of the body of the 43-years old local citizen with gun-shot injury of the head to Achinsk city in October 2016', the message said.
