USA (more than 68 000 dead)
American leader Donald Trump presented the plan to exit from quarantine on April 17.
It consists of three stages, which governors should implement at their own discretion.
Stage One. People, as before, should whenever possible work at home and not get together in groups of more than 10 people, if it is impossible to maintain a distance. Travel not related to work and not urgent is not recommended.
At the same time, cinemas, temples, and sports facilities can be opened, subject to observance of social distance measures.
Stage Two. You can open schools and resume trips and stay out of the house for minor matters.
Stage Three. Visits to hospitals and nursing homes are permitted. You can fully resume work.
Each stage should last about two weeks so that the incidence does not begin to increase again.
At the same time, people at increased risk for Covid-19 complications should stay at home, restricting contact with others until the start of the third and last stage.
