The utility services explain there's a break of the heating line in this area, and maintenance works continue
'Yesterday, we figured out that two huge trenches were dug out in the beginning of Zoolohichna street; the heat comes right out of the trenches. The workers explained that they fixed the heating line. It's eight degrees below zero, and no heat in the apartments... thus, we're just warming the streets', one of the protesters said.
A fight occurred between one of the drivers and a protester, but it extinguished quickly.
The protesters said they would shut down the street every day until they get the heat in their dwellings.
