Protesters cuff themselves to fence near presidential administration in Kyiv

They demand that the government allow foreign volunteers the legal status of staying in Ukraine

Participants in the rally near the Ukrainian parliament in Kyiv moved from that area and approached the presidential administration. 

Several activists cuffed themselves to the fence near the presidential administration. They insist that the government allow foreign volunteers the legal status of staying in Ukraine and the actual citizenship. They say they would wait until the president approaches them.

On Thursday, several rallies took place near the Verkhovna Rada. In particular, the representatives of the National Corps are protesting against the extradition of Ukrainian volunteer in Russia. Around 400 protesters from National Corps political party and National Forces organization gathered.
