The Prosecutor's Office intends to serve additional charges to the perpetrator of the deadly car accident in Pechersk district of Kyiv if his attempt to flee the scene is confirmed. Nadiya Maksymets, the spokesperson of the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.
"As there is evidence of the eye-witnesses that he attempted to flee the scene, the issue of the additional qualification of his actions due to endangerment will be solved after the analysis of the video-recordings of the CCTV cameras and pocket cameras of the police officers who detained him," Maksymets said.
She also added that the motion on the choosing of the restrictive measure for the perpetrator in the car accident is prepared. The prosecutor's office will ask for the detention without a right for a bail.

The driver of the car is already served charges due to the violation of the traffic rules or exploitation of the transport by persons who drive it. Now, the suspect is at the detention facility.
Earlier, three cars burst into flames as a result of the car accident on Staroobukhivske Road in Kyiv. Three people died and two injured, the press office of the National Police reported.
