The shooting period of the Ukrainian movie 'Only A Miracle' is over. The production team shot several episodes of the film, choosing the location at a glacier in Chamonix, France, where tourists come to see the peak of Montblanc mountain, Western Europe's highest point.
The State Cinema Agency of Ukraine specified that the episode features adventure scenes, where the main character, the young man named Severyn, and his dog Snizhok end up in an icy cave. Severyn needs a rare medicine to save his father, which is why he goes for a long winter ride. The adventures make the two even bigger friends than they were.
The production crew includes over 600 people - actors, animals, professional acrobats, dancers and a number of Ukrainian musicians.
As we reported earlier, the world premiere of a Ukrainian movie Vulkan (volcano, - ed.) directed by Roman Bondarchuk took place in Karlovy Vary at the 53rd International Film Festival.
