President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will hold a press conference on Wednesday, May 20. This was reported on the president's website.

It is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. The number of journalists will be limited due to quarantine restrictions.

"The number of media representatives who will be able to participate in the event will be limited due to the quarantine measures that were introduced in the country to counter the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. Each media outlet is requested to accredit one journalist, as well as one photographer or one videographer,” the message reads.

As we reported earlier, yesterday, on May 18, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of Crimean Tatars.

He promised to grant the Islamic religious holidays of Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr the status of state holidays in the coming days and also approved the candidacy of Emine Japarova for the post of First Deputy Foreign Minister.

Besides that, Zelensky initiated the creation of a working group under the President's Office that will include representatives of Crimean Tatars.
