Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, the police have opened 226 criminal cases for violation of quarantine. The press service of the National Police reports that.

"Measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection are continuing on the territory of the state. Therefore, 15 thousand law enforcement officers have been involved in ensuring such measures, of which 13,200 are employees of the National Police of Ukraine," the statement said.

It is noted that about 1000 raids are carried out every day, according to the results of which law enforcement officers make an average of 350 administrative protocols daily.

As we reported before, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that his son had coronavirus. As of early August 21, the boy successfully recovered. He was treated at the same hospital with his mother, first lady Olena Zelenska.

Earlier, the first lady recovered from the disease.
