Police found 34, 000 disappeared people in Ukraine in 2017

The Ukrainian law enforcers found 34, 000 disappeared people in 2017. Roman Krylevych, the Head of Investigation Office of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police claimed this as the press service of the police reported.

It is noted that totally, 35, 000 applications on the disappearance were registered in Ukraine last year. It is for 9, 000 applications more than in 2016.

112 people became the missing victims of the crimes in 2016 and 86 people in 2017.

According to Krylevych, the most important is not to let the moment pass and report on the disappearance immediately.

'There are no restrictions in time when the person can report. The faster the person does this, the more information the person provides then the investigation will be held more efficiently', he noted.
