Police detained 17 people with drugs in Kyiv nightclub

Last night law enforcers detained 17 people who had narcotic substances in one of the nightclubs in Kyiv. This is reported by the National Police press cener in Kyiv.

According to preliminary data, the entertainment facility started its work in July. During this time, the district police received complaints from residents of nearby houses. People complained that the visitors of the club are mostly minors and students in a state of alcoholic and narcotic intoxication, they also assumed that the institution could sell drugs.

During the audit of such appeals, law enforcement officers documented five facts of storage of narcotic drugs among visitors. According to the detainees, they bought drugs from strangers on the territory of the club.

In addition, police found and seized from barman prepackaged transparent parcels with a substance similar to narcotic. And from the detained 30-year-old man, the police seized substances that looked like drugs, hallucinogenic mushrooms, electronic scales, 40 thousand UAH, 8 bank cards and a BMW car.

The police report also indicates that the military commissariat staff found 32 people who evade the conscription. They were taken to the military commissariat of Kyiv.
