Poland to have non-visa regime with USA

A formal announcement of Poland's entry into the visa-free program will be announced today in Washington

From November 11, Polish people will be able to travel visa-free to the United States of America.

This was reported by the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, Polsatnews reports.

"Visa-free travel to the United States for up to 90 days for tourism and business will be possible from November 11 this year, which is just a few days away from now," he said.

During his speech at the Presidential Palace, Duda emphasized that US Ambassador George Mosbacher had informed him that an official announcement on Poland's entry into the visa-free program along with setting a date for Polish people to travel to the United States without visas would be made today in Washington.

Duda expressed the hope that this is very good news for Polish people.

As we reported earlier, the meeting of Deputy Head of President’s Office Ihor Zhovkva and Head of the Cabinet of the President of Poland Krzysztof Szczerski took place on November 5 in Lviv, western Ukraine. The sides defined the priority directions of further cooperation between the states as the President’s Office reported.

The officials discussed the steps of the states on the implementation of the agreements of the presidents of Ukraine and Poland reached on August 31. Moreover, Szczerski expressed support to Ukraine in its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
