The Polish humanitarian group published the report that states the higher risk of the sickening of tuberculosis at the eastern border of Poland as Onet Wiadomosci reported.

At the same time, Marek Posobkiewicz, the Chairman of Chief Sanitary inspection stated that it is a regular situation among the unvaccinated people. The main problem is that many citizens refuse from the compulsory vaccination.

‘At the moment, there is no necessity (to check the citizens of Ukraine at the border). The situation towards the Ukrainians is not too bad to close the borders and examine people at the entry to the country’, Posobkiewicz claimed to RMF FM.

He emphasized that the campaigns on the informing of the tourist who came from the eastern borders on the danger of the tuberculosis are held. However, there are no grounds for the panic. The doctors suppose that the reason for the development of the tuberculosis epidemics can be the workers from Ukraine. Posobkiewicz thinks that this statement is not only and the main factor.

‘The Ukrainians who work in Poland speak the Polish language very often and their Polish is good, they watch our TV, listen to our radio, they know and adapt to our mode of life and they will live in our society’, he added.

As we reported earlier Polish media reported an outbreak of measles – for the first time in ten years in this country.
