“Masks in the open air will cease to be compulsory from May 15,” the statement says.
At the same time, the government recommends wearing masks when it is difficult to keep the distance.
However, masks will still be needed in public transport, in airplanes, in generally accessible places, i.e. on roads and squares, in cemeteries, promenades, boulevards, parking places for vehicles, forest car parks, as well as in shared properties, e.g. staircases, elevators or underground garages, in workplaces.
As it was reported earlier, the first case of an Indian coronavirus strain was recorded in Poland.
