Planes from Moscow, the city that is the most affected by Covid-19 among other Russian cities, come to Crimea. This is mentioned in the message of Crimean human rights protection group.
22 passenger planes came to Crimea from Moscow on June 17. Local doctors fear that the epidemiologic situation on the peninsula could worsen.
Over the last 24 hours, two people deceased from Covid-19; the lethal cases were observed in Simferopol and Yevpatoria.
"The patient who deceased in Simferopol, had been transferred to Covid-hospital from Simferopol clinical emergency hospital No.6, where he arrived with a blunt-force trauma and underwent a surgery. An old lady deceased in Yevpatoria municipal hospital; she suffered a tough bone fracture and respective illnesses", reads the message.
Five new cases of Covid-19 were registered in Sevastopol on June 17. Four of these cases were observed in the same family; at first, a woman and her daughter were taken to a hospital. Then, her husband and son got infected, too. The fifh infected person was their neighbor.
770 people got infected with coronavirus since the pandemic reached Crimea. 23 of these passed away.
