Passenger of United Airlines flight, 69-year-old Dr. David Dao, who was dragged from the plane, will need reconstructive surgery. This was reported by ABC news.

His lawyers told that Dao suffered concussion, broken nose and lost two teeth. Now he needs a reconstructive surgery.

Dao’s lawyers are planning to demand compensation, the amount is not made public.

As it is known, the passengers on that flight were told that more tickets were sold than there was seats in the plane ("Overbooking" — 112 International). Due to this fact, people were asked to free four places for the airline employees. Airline offered another flight, hotel accommodation and compensation. However, nobody answered the request. Afterwards law enforcers entered the jet and randomly asked four people to leave. One of them refused to obey and was forcefully dragged out of the cabin. The video published by media and social networks shows that the face of the passenger was broken and covered in blood.

Chief Executive Oscar Munoz apologized after the incident occurred.
