Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has established Temporary Investigation Committee (TIC) to investigate explosions and fire situations at ammunition depots in Chernihiv region, Kalynivka, Vinnytsia region, Balakliya, Kharkiv region, Svatovo, Luhansk region, and Kryvyi Rig from 2014-2018.

339 MPs voted in favor of the draft resolution #2312. It was broadcasted by Rada channel.

Davyd Arakhamia, people’s deputy from Servant of the People party, was elected as the leader of the Temporary Investigation Committee, and his deputy - the head of the Holos party Serhii Rakhmanin.

As we reported earlier, the civilian evacuation was held in one of the occupied Donetsk regions where the explosion of the ammunition depot has happened. The State Emergency Service of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) reported that. 

The explosions took place and a fire started in Kuibyshivskyi region in the morning on September 25. 

There were also ammunition explosions at the military arsenal near Kalynivka (Vinnytsia region), covering about 2 hectares as a result.
