46 000 people recover in the world per day. According to media reports, 20 countries have already passed the peak of coronavirus. Ukraine seems to have escaped a peak, according to the country's chief medical officer (although it could come later). More than a hundred countries actively developing vaccines against Covid-19.
The fight against the virus continues. And it already brings some success.
According to the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the peak of the first wave of Covid-19 has already passed in the 20 EU countries.
At the same time, quarantine measures such as closing educational institutions and canceling mass gatherings helped to minimize the spread of infection.
For example, Turkey officially announces a way out of the peak of the disease. At the same time, according to the head of the Turkish Ministry of Health Fahrettin Koca, the number of deaths in the country is the lowest in Europe.
Well, the chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine, Viktor Lyashko, in an interview said that the country had bypassed the peak of coronavirus infection due to quarantine restrictions.

At the same time, about 10 of them are already at the stage of clinical trials.

Meanwhile, as Voice of America clarifies, Oxford University has made a leap forward in the global race for the coronavirus vaccine.
Human trials are already underway, and scientists hope that the vaccine will be widely available by September.
