Over 80,000 people vaccinated in Ukraine on June 29

81,637 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Ukraine on June 29. Over 60,000 people received the second dose of the vaccine as the Health Ministry reported.

“81,637 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 on June 29, 2021. 21,475 people received the first dose; 60,162 people completed the immunization,” the message says.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 1,933,946 were vaccinated: 1,933,944 had one dose; 649,524 were fully vaccinated. Totally, 2,583,468 shots were held.

As of June 29, 756,424 have entered the waiting list for vaccination against Covid-19.

As we reported, the tourists from India, who were vaccinated by the AstraZeneca/CoviShield, cannot enter the EU with their vaccination certificates because the EMA has not licensed for the EU the “Indian variant” of AstraZeneca.

In Ukraine, the CoviShield and South Korean variant of AstraZeneca are used.
