Over 4,000 Kyiv citizens infected with Covid-19; 31 new cases reported

As of 12:00, June 17, 4,026 cases of infection with coronavirus spotted in Kyiv. During the past 24 hours, 31 people were diagnosed with Covid-19, as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.

Thus, 26 women at the age of 20 up to 81, a seven-year-old girl, 10 men at the age of 25 up to 75, and four boys at the age of one up to six are infected.

Nine patients were hospitalized, while others stay in self-isolation under the control of the doctors.

During the past 24 hours, 66 people recovered. Totally, 1,230 people overcame the disease.

As of June 17, Ukrainian medics reported already 33,234 cases of Covid-19 in the country. Over the last 24 hours, the disease was confirmed in another 758 people. 943 people succumbed to the disease, 31 of them over the last 24 hours. 14,943 people recovered from coronavirus, as the repeated test did not reveal any signs of the virus in their bodies.
