107 citizens of the Russian Federation have not been allowed to enter Ukraine before the second round of presidential elections since the beginning of the strengthened border guard regime over a week. Oleg Slobodyan, the assistance of the head of the State Border Service of Ukraine, stated this, as UNN reports.
According to Slobodyan, 326 foreigners have not been allowed to Ukraine since April 15.
Earlier, Five journalists who planned to cover the presidential elections in Ukraine in their publications were not allowed to enter Ukraine in March.
Since the beginning of March, there are several non-admissions. These are three citizens of the Russian Federation who did not confirm their accreditation and, accordingly, we prohibited them crossing the border. They simply were not allowed through the checkpoint, but without prohibiting entry to Ukraine.
The border guards did not allow almost 700 citizens of Russia to enter Ukraine since the beginning of 2019.
The border guards continue to check the citizens entering Ukraine in an enhanced regime after the end of martial law.
