Olexiy Lenskyi, the MP from Radical Party of Lyashko, sued Ulyana Suprun, Acting Healthcare Minister of Ukraine. Glavcom” reports this referring to the website of the Judiciary system of Ukraine.
It is noted, that Lubov Marulina was selected as the main judge by the system on February, 15.
Lenskyi’s case touches upon the unlawful appointment of Ulyana Suprun as the First Deputy Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine, according to Andriy Lozovy, the Deputy Head of the splinter group of the Radical Party.
“The Cabinet of Ministers is supposed to appoint the Minister of Healthcare. Then the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Suprun as the First Deputy Healthcare Minister, although the deputies should be appointed by the minister himself or herself. However, at that moment, this post was vacant. So it means that the authorities just violated the law,” Lozovyi said.
At the same time, Ihor Mosiychuk noted he would insist on uniting his suit and the suit of his colleague.

As we reported, Suprun's role as acting health minister was questioned by MP from the Radical Party of Lyashko Ihor Mosiychuk. The court explained that such a decision was made as Suprun has dual citizenship. Apart from the Ukrainian one, she also has a U.S. passport.
