Ukrainian observatory at Pip-Ivan Chornohorsky mountain is completely encased in ice due to strong frosts. The respective photo has been published on the Facebook account of Chornohorsky mountain search and rescue post.

As of 7 a.m. Friday, the temperature in this area was 12 degrees below zero, with the wind speed of 3-5 meters per second; prior to that, a strong snowfall was observed there.

As is known, tough winter is observed in Ukraine. Hundreds of snow clearing vehicles are working all over the country, and drivers face difficulties using roadways.
