The Kyiv city state administration approved the requirements for the operation of summer and seasonal areas of cafes and restaurants during quarantine. This is stated on the website of the Administration.

The requirements for the operation of summer areas of cafes and restaurants are as follows:

The distance between the seats for adjacent tables should be at least 1.5 m.
More than two clients cannot sit at one table (excluding children under 14 years of age).
The order must be carried out and given remotely: through a specially equipped window or the entrance door of the institution. The waiter can accept or issue an order only subject to a distance of at least 1.5 meters between him and the client.
The place of receiving of orders should be equipped with a table or a shelf for transferring the order without personal contact with the client - and in such a way as to exclude visitors from entering the institution. The possibility of non-cash (contactless payment) should also be provided.
The menu should be placed for review next to the place of acceptance of orders without the possibility of giving it to customers.

In addition, institutions must adhere to the general anti-epidemic requirements and disinfection measures: daily temperature measurement of the personnel, provision of personal protective equipment for 5 days, the organization of a centralized collection of used masks and gloves and their disposal, and the like.

At the entrances, sanitary control for visitors should take place to prevent persons with signs of SARS. Customers must be masked and wait their turn outside the premises. Institutions should provide a marking distance of 1.5 m for visitors waiting in line.

Disinfection measures should be carried out every two hours of working time. Disinfection of contact surfaces and utensils should be carried out after each visitor.

Cafes and restaurants should inform customers about the restrictions on their websites, pages on social networks or in another way.

As reported, at an extraordinary meeting on May 4, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution that extended the quarantine in Ukraine until May 22, but with certain conditions. So, from May 11, it is planned to open parks, squares, recreation areas, beauty salons, summer areas of catering establishments, libraries, museums.
