The idea of a health passport for tourists and those who cross the border in Ukraine is not due to discussion. There are such ideas on the international level, but they have not been brought to life yet. Dmytro Kuleba, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine said so as quoted by RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, so far, the Ministry considers a simple set of procedures, including the provision of a health certificate showing that the PCR test was negative over a certain number of days.
Another test is in order after the return from abroad; a person should stay in self-isolation after that.
