No data leakage after hacker attack on state bodies, - Ukrainian Information Protection Service

On the night of January 14, a number of government websites were hacked. The content of the sites was not changed and no personal data was leaked, the press service of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.

"In order to prevent the spread of the attack on other resources and localize the technical problem, a number of other government websites have been temporarily suspended," the statement reads.

The State Special Communications Service, together with the Security Service of Ukraine and the cyber police, is collecting digital evidence and investigating the incident.

Most of the affected state resources have already been restored, others will be available in the near future. The mobile application "Diya" operates normally.

As it was reported, a large-scale hacker intervention occurred in Ukraine on Thursday night, January 13 to 14. The attack downed the pages of several ministries, the Cabinet itself, the State Treasury and the website of the Diya app.
