As of now, no cases of coronavirus have been reported in Ukraine, but the government is ready for any scenario, and all government services are on alert. It was stated by Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, the press service of Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers reports.

"The Government has taken all necessary measures to ensure that in case of penetration of infection, it is immediately localized and people are given all the necessary assistance. The Government's task today is to prevent the penetration of the coronavirus into the territory of Ukraine," Honcharuk said.

There is an epidemiologist at each checkpoint who is equipped with all the necessary means of epidemiological protection: sets of insulating coveralls, protective goggles and contactless thermometers.

As we reported earlier, people who were evacuated from China, and put under quarantine in Novi Sanzhary have negative results of the tests for coronavirus as 112 Ukraine reported citing the Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine.

“Today, we have received the first results of analyses: 48 samples are negative. We will take more samples and will receive more results,” the Healthcare Ministry noted.
