In Simferopil, a city in Crimea annexed by Russia, Russian security forces conducted yet more searches in the houses of Crimean Tatars, as civic organization Crimean Solidarity informed on Facebook.

The searches happened in the houses of two sisters: Khatidzhe and Bazyrova Alymivna and started at six in the morning. The Russian security officers seized one phone and one tablet, and asked questions about a son of one of the women on his trips to Turkey and Belarus and whether he knew certain individuals.

The searches ended this morning and nobody has been detained.
