Ukraine is getting prepared for the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic

During the past 24 hours, 14 new cases of infection with coronavirus registered at the Armed Forces of Ukraine as the Medical Forces reported.

“As of 10:00 a.m., July 15, 125 people are infected with Covid-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 at the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Totally, 486 people recovered since the beginning of the pandemic; five lethal cases observed,” the message said.

It is noted that 471 military stay in self-isolation or observation. The isolation of 62 people will end in the next three days.

“During the past 24 hours, 14 new Covid-19 cases registered,” the message said.

Two military were hospitalized; while 12 receive treatment at home under the observation of the doctors. The health state of the patients is satisfactory; the disease is mild.

“The analysis of the incidence among military and civilians shows that mostly, the infection is spread during the episodic meetings with close people (friends and relatives) who do not enter the circle of people of daily or communication of living. Do not make yourself liable by extra communication,” the Armed Forces of Ukraine added.

As of early July 15, 55,607 cases of coronavirus were observed in Ukraine. 836 new cases were confirmed over the last 24 hours, reads the report by Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council. 1,427 Ukrainians passed away from the disease since the epidemic reached Ukraine. 28,131 managed to recover. Meanwhile, the worldwide number of infected made 13,323,206. 578,625 people died, and 7,399,420 recovered.
