Representatives of Ukrainian nationalist organizations broke into the building of the Russian Center of Culture and Science in Kyiv. This is stated in the message of the nationalist organization C14 on Facebook.
"Activists of C14, Right Sector, Tradition and Order and other nationalist organizations came to Rossotrudnichestvo building. Interesting "souvenirs" were revealed, the report says.
As reported, during the incident in the premises were children from the theater studio, who rehearsed the play "The Inspector General". In total, there were about 100 people in the building at that time.
It is noted that the protestors left inscriptions on the walls - "Death to Russia", "FSB go away", "Suitcase, station, Russia", "Freedom to Sentsov", as well as the names of their organizations.
We recall that in August 2017, the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Kyiv stated that it sent about 70 pupils of Ukrainian schools in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Later the center reported that a group of young Ukrainian artists arrived from Kyiv to Novgorod.
Responding to this, the head of the Security Service Vasyl Hrytsak instructed the service staff to deal with the situation. At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine stated that they do not have the right to prohibit such initiatives.
