Oleksandr Senkevych, the mayor of Mykolaiv city has changed the reguations for visiting the building of the city council. From now on, workers of the city council, government officials and reporters will be required to get vaccinated or have a PCR test performed. Otrherwise, they will not be allowed to visit the building, Novyny N agency reports.

"City mayor turned to all officials who were present at the session. He asked who completed the full vaccination course, who had only one shot and who did not get vaccinated at all. People raised their hands in all three cases", reads the message.

The official did not specify whether this regulation concerns citizens who come to the city council buildings to have their issues solved.

Meanwhile, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla suggests that society will be able to return to normal life after the pandemic within a year. However, according to him, the return to normal life will have some reservations; in particular, annual vaccination against Covid-19 will be required.
