More than fifty Libyans who illegally stayed in Ukraine under the guise of "medical treatment" were exposed. The State Border Service of Ukraine press office reports this.

Foreigners arrived in Ukraine for treatment, but most of them stayed longer. Many Libyans often remained in Ukraine with a delay of six months, and some did not even appear in medical institutions.

"Now law enforcement officers have identified more than fifty Libyan violators who arrived in Ukraine for the purpose of treatment. Active measures are being taken to establish their places of residence. Recently in the Kyiv region we managed to expose 13 foreigners. The representatives of migration service decided to return them to their country of origin," the statement said.

The heads of two private medical institutions are brought to administrative responsibility. Policemen are checking the possible functioning of the illegal migration channel under the guise of "medical tourism".
