"At the moment, more than 5,000 violations are spotted. While the patrol police have been working in the pilot mode for a week.  But our goal is to not issue as many regulations as possible but to prevent these violations. Generally, more work can be done but we do this openly to decrease the speed and prevent the possible car accidents with serious consequences," he claimed.

Reportedly, since October 8, the Ukrainian police have been monitoring the road traffic in Kyiv and in many regions across the country, using the TruCam surveillance systems.
