More than 20 people killed in Pakistan market bomb blast

At least 20 people were killed and 50 injured on Saturday morning in Parachinar, Pakistan, as a result of an explosion in a crowded market. This was informed by Geo.tv citing local authorities.

According to the publication, the explosion occurred at about 8:50 a.m. in the northwestern part of the city. As a result of detonation of homemade explosive device 20 people were killed, 50 were injured, ten of them are in critical condition.

According to the TV channel message, the scene of the incident is now cordoned off by law enforcement officers. The publication also notes that this is the fourth explosion in this market in recent years.

The interior minister Chaudhry Nisar has demanded an inquiry report over the incident.
