"By order of the authorized state bodies on August 26 from 20:40 in Minsk the bandwidth of the mobile Internet will be reduced. Fulfillment of this requirement leads to a deterioration in the quality of data transmission or temporary unavailability of the service," the message reads.
The company also said that it would report on the restoration of correct access as soon as possible.
August 26, people again took to the streets in Minsk to participate in the protest actions. Also, some Belarusian media report that the arrests of demonstrators began in the city.
As we reported before, August 25, police detained 51 people during a series of protests in Belarus.
Thus, at least 20 people were apprehended in Minsk: some of them were detained during and after the rally at the Ministry of Education, and some - on Independence Square.
