"I think there will be mass testing of the population for the presence of antibodies in the near future," Ukraine's Chief Sanitary Doctor said, explaining that such a diagnosis would show whether a person was infected with COVID-19 or not.

As we reported earlier, on April 23, 477 new cases of infection with coronavirus were reported in Ukraine. Thus, the total number of the infected makes 7,647.

The largest number of cases is observed in the capital of Ukraine (1122), Kyiv region (505) and Chernivtsi region (1199).

As of early Friday, April 24, 601 patients with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have recovered. 193 people passed away.
