A group of military volunteers who served with the Ukrainian army was busted selling firearms; the incident took place in Khmelnytsky region, central Ukraine. The press service of the local Military Prosecutor's office reported this on Thursday.

The detainees sold Kalashnikov assault rifle, 30 rounds to it and a 9 mm Makarov pistol, getting USD 3,600.

It's not the first time these particular volunteers sold weapons. The investigation found out that from July till September, the perpetrators illegally sold another AK-74 assault rifle, two 9-mm handguns and ammunition to these weapons, a thousand 7.62-mm rounds and three RGD-5 hand grenades', prosecutors said.  

Four men were detained; all of them appeared to keep the money from the previous deals. The investigation keeps searching for other malefactors from this group.
