Militants fired Marinka residential area: civilian wounded

In Marinka, Eastern Ukraine, at night pro-Russian militants opened fire on a residential quarter, as a result, one local resident received a shrapnel wound to the head. It is reported by the press service of National police.

"At 23:40 Marinske Police Department received a report from a paramedics with a patient - the man of 1953 year of birth with a shrapnel wound to the occipital region of the head," - said in a statement.

The police found that the man was wounded during the shelling of Mariinka. At the time of  shelling, he was in the yard of his house, feeding the dog. His neighbors called the  ambulance, the injured received medical treatment.

We remind, 47 attacks have taken place in the combat area in Donbas over the last 24 hours. Most of these were reported in the Mariupol sector.
